HR Business Partner for TrueNoord (PT)
TrueNoord is an international key player in leasing of regional aircraft. TrueNoord has the ambition to grow further in the years to come and is looking for a self-starting, hands-on HR Business Partner. A true professional who is proactive by nature and who loves to drive HR in a standalone role in this international and dynamic setting.
Het aanbod:
- Salary indication: max 85.000 gross fixed salary including holiday allowance for a full-time - 40 hrs per week - employment
- This is a parttime job for 24 – 32 hrs per week

Jouw profiel:
- BA or MA degree
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
- Experience in working in a dynamic environment
- Experience in managing a diverse workforce with different nationalities
- Business minded and financially sharp
- Experience with project management and managing multiple projects
- Fluent speaking and written skills in both Dutch and English
- Professional knowledge of Office 365
