Felyx is een data- en innovatie gedreven (internationale) scale-up organisatie met ambitieuze plannen voor duurzaam en gedeeld stadsvervoer (‘de groene e-scooters’) en is op zoek naar een Head of HR die vorm geeft aan de strategische moderne global HR agenda en zelf de mouwen opstroopt om ideeën om te zetten in acties. Je bent onderdeel van het Global Leadershipteam en geeft leiding aan het global HR team en functioneel aan de HR business partners in de diverse regio’s en landen.
Felyx is a data- and innovation-driven scale-up organization with great ambitions for sustainable and shared urban transport ('the green e-scooters'). We are looking for a businessdriven Head of HR. You shape the strategic modern global HR agenda and you’ll see to it that changes are caried out properly. You are part of the Global Leadership team and manage directly the global HR team and - functionally the HR business partners in the various regions and countries.
Het aanbod:
- € 80.000,- p/j o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek (het basissalaris ontwikkelt zich mee met de groei van de organisatie).
- Kwartaalbonus tot max. 20K per jaar.

Jouw profiel:
- Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding.
- Tussen de 8 – 10 jaar ervaring in een brede HR rol.
- Ervaring in een corporate organisatie is een pré met daarnaast ervaring binnen een snelgroeiende, internationale ‘high demanding’, scale-up organisatie.
- Bewezen ervaring in het opzetten van een moderne HR agenda.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal.
- Een creatief denkvermogen en zet ideeen om in acties.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent een stevige gesprekspartner.
Your profile:
- Completed HBO/WO education.
- Between 8 - 10 years of experience in a broad HR role.
- Experience within a corporate organization is a plus with additional experiience within a fast growing, 'high demanding', scale-up organization.
- Proven track record in setting up a modern HR agenda.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach;
- A self-starting ability, are curious and innovative;
De functie
Felyx is de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid. In verschillende grote steden zijn de groene e-scooters niet meer uit het straatbeeld weg te denken. Felyx is inmiddels de start-up fase ontgroeid. Als scale-up ligt de komende jaren een sterke focus op schaalvergroting op internationaal niveau. Om deze groei en ambitie te ondersteunen, worden nieuwe processen en (werk) structuren uitgewerkt en bestaande geprofessionaliseerd. Je geeft vorm aan de brede, moderne (global) HR agenda en je bepaalt de HR strategie op mondiaal niveau. Je weet wat er nodig is om enerzijds een goede en onderscheidende werkgever te zijn en anderzijds de extreme groei te faciliteren. Je stroopt je mouwen graag op en staat net als iedereen binnen felyx ook met je voeten in de klei om samen zaken op te pakken. Je leidt het Global HR team op het hoofdkantoor en indirect de HR Business Partners in de regio’s. Je springt bij waar nodig en stimuleert en motiveert het team.
The job:
This is an HR leadership role with impact. HR operations is the first point of contact for Ultimaker employees and managers. You provide daily leadership to the payroll & HR-operations teams. You implement new strategies and HRIS-systems, improve processes and policies and you sort for growth. In this way you facilitate the ambition and growth of the organization. You give your team clear goals and ensure that they have the tools and manpower to perform optimally. You manage and optimize the collaboration with external parties, since a large part of the current payroll is outsourced (internationally). You will lead the expansion and design of the global payroll, balancing scalability, flexibility and efficiency. Being the compensation & benefits expert of the company, you work closely with top management and establish the best solution for each country. Furthermore, you work closely with stakeholders in HR and Finance and ensure a smooth cooperation and decision-making process, taking into account the perspectives of the different departments.
