Working closely with senior business leadership, you'll ensure the workforce's size, composition, and skills are optimally aligned to bring the corporate strategy and goals to life, both now and in the future. Leading a dedicated team of Workforce Shaping analysts and implementing cutting edge workforce insights together with the Senior Manager Workforce Insights and associated People Analytics and HR reporting team, you'll drive innovation and excellence throughout the organization.

Jouw profiel:
Your profile:- Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management or related subjects or equivalent by experience.
- Preferred 10+ years of experience with leading a range of organizational development programs including organizational design and (strategic) workforce planning, out of which 4 of these have been in a management role.
- Strategic consulting experience
- Data-driven decision-making proficiency
- HR and talent management expertise
- Aptitude for organizational design conception and implementation
