Radio Holland has a long and rich history in ship communication and navigation. The company has redesigned its organisation for the future and is now professionalising HR. For the European activities, Radio Holland is looking for a senior HR Business Partner to further strengthen the company and its strategic direction. You are part of the global hr team and together you will build the global hr strategy. You are the contact for HR in Europe and you implement and develop new HR policies for the region. You also manage a number of colleagues and participate in various global hr projects.

The Offer:- Salary indication: max €90,000 gross fixed salary including holiday allowance for full-time employment

Jouw profiel:
Your Profile:- BA or MA degree
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a similar HR function, preferably in an international environment with remote colleagues
- Experience within a technical/maritime/shipping-oriented organisation is a plus
- Knowledge of and experience with relevant hr themes and processes such as professionalising HR, Recruitment, Rewards, Job Grading, Performance Management and Learning & Development
- Business minded and financially sharp
- Experience with project management and professionalising HR is a strong plus, as well as HR-IT & data
- Excellent command of the English language in word and writing. Knowledge of Dutch or French or other languages is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
