As business partner for the management team, you will ensure the right talent in the right roles, promote active leadership, and facilitate cooperation across divisions. Het aanbod:
- Gross annual salary including 8% holiday allowance between €100.000,- and €132.000,- based on 40 hours (Hay 19)
- Indefinite contract at the start of your employment
- Bonus scheme up to 20% (dependent on individual results)

Jouw profiel:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a HR or business related field
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in an international manufacturing environment, technical, or related industry
- Proven track record in leadership and organizational development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Flexibility to travel to locations in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad
- Experienced in transformation projects, M&A, or equivalent
- You must be resident in the Netherlands
