- Gross annual salary including 8% holiday allowance up to €140.000, - based on 39 hours

Jouw profiel:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law or any other HR related discipline
- At least 10 years of leadership and operational experience within HR, at least 5 years within a multinational, matrix environment
- Experienced in change management, stakeholder management and networking
- Experienced in transformation projects, M&A or equivalent
- You are able to deal with complexity
- You are resilient and forward-thinking, but you also dare to set your own boundaries
- Fluency in English skills is a must, German is considered an asset
