Working closely with senior business leadership, you'll ensure the workforce's size, composition, and skills are optimally aligned to bring the corporate strategy and goals to life, both now and in the future. Leading a dedicated team of Workforce Shaping analysts and implementing cutting edge workforce insights together with the Senior Manager Workforce Insights and associated People Analytics and HR reporting team, you'll drive innovation and excellence throughout the organization.

Your profile:
  • Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management or related subjects or equivalent by experience.
  • Preferred 10+ years of experience with leading a range of organizational development programs including organizational design and (strategic) workforce planning, out of which 4 of these have been in a management role.
  • Strategic consulting experience
  • Data-driven decision-making proficiency
  • HR and talent management expertise
  • Aptitude for organizational design conception and implementation

The role
The Director of Workforce Shaping plays a crucial role in aligning the workforce's size, composition, and skills with the company's strategic goals, ensuring adaptability and readiness for current and future challenges. In this role you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to develop data-driven workforce strategies and implement comprehensive HR programs. You promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, driving workforce performance and engagement.

As the Director of Workforce Shaping you ensure a robust and adaptable workforce by proactively identifying potential risks and areas for improvement within the workforce and you offer data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

In close collaboration with the Senior Director of Workforce Experience, wider HR leadership and business leaders, as Director Workforce Shaping you translate your high-level workforce shaping principles and strategies into an actionable, relevant and well managed HR programs.

Wrapping it up, you will:

  • Analyze and interpret global labor market trends to inform strategic workforce decisions and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align workforce structure, skill sets, and diversity with the company's strategic goals, proactively addressing future challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR management programs, to support global organizational, HR, talent and people needs.
  • Continuously monitor and assess workforce performance through metrics, employee feedback, and industry benchmarking, refining strategies as necessary to optimize productivity, engagement, and workforce agility.
  • Play a pivotal role in moving towards a data driven HR organization, enabling HR to design, deliver, and measure the impact of organization-wide people and business strategies.
