Your profile:- Master’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Technology, (data) science or equivalent
- Preferred 10+ years of experience with data management (in HR), implementing people analytics, consulting and/or related roles
- Deep knowledge of data science and how to apply this in a business and an HR context
- You combine (HR) data science and people analytics with strategy and Planning
- You are experienced in articulating, implementing and driving a data driven approach and culture in a global context
- You combine problem solving skills and good business intuition with a strong ethic
De functie
The role
As Senior Manager Workforce Insights you will play a pivotal role in enabling, shaping and executing a data-driven HR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives meaningful impact across the organization. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and HR professionals, creating a collaborative and innovative environment that fosters growth and development.
A key aspect of your role will involve establishing the right data and internal and external insights infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of people analytics projects, ensuring actionable insights and recommendations are derived to inform decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will align people analytics initiatives with overall business objectives and promote a data-driven culture throughout the HR organization.
Your leadership will be vital in instilling a data-driven approach within the wider HR leadership team and enabling the organization, including HR, business leaders, and colleagues in people roles, with timely data and actionable insights. Leveraging advanced data analysis techniques (machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.) you will enhance HR processes and inform strategic decision-making. A key part of your role will be effectively communicating complex data insights to various audiences, including senior executives, in a clear and compelling manner. Additionally, you will navigate the global HR context, supporting the implementation of people analytics strategies across diverse regions while taking into account cultural nuances and local regulations.
As Senior Manager Workforce Insights, you will also drive change management initiatives, manage the selection and utilization of data visualization and analytics tools, and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with ethical and legal standards. Your role will also involve staying informed of industry trends and best practices in HR data science and people analytics, leveraging new opportunities for organizational growth and development.
