Er wordt verder gebouwd aan een professionele hr-afdeling, met een aantal centers of expertise centraal bij Normec Group in Utrecht én met een stevig hr-team voor Nederland, dicht op de business. Normec zoekt een hr-directeur Nederland om leiding te geven aan het bestaande hr-team, maar ook om aan de slag te gaan met de verdere inrichting van HR in Nederland. Deze hr-directeur is praktisch, professioneel en ondernemend en houdt van bouwen en professionaliseren samen met het team.

They continue to build a professional HR department, with a number of centres of expertise centrally located at Normec Group in Utrecht and with a solid HR team for the Netherlands, close to the business. Normec is looking for an HR Director Netherlands to lead the existing HR team, but also to work on the further set-up of HR in the Netherlands. This HR Director is practical, professional and entrepreneurial and loves to build and professionalise together with the team.
Het aanbod:
- Salarisindicatie: € 100.000 - € 110.000 bruto per jaar incl. vakantietoeslag op basis van een 40-urige werkweek

Jouw profiel:
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, met een relevante opleiding
- Minimaal 8 jaar werkervaring in relevante business-georiënteerde hr-rollen en met het professionaliseren van HR
- Ervaring in een multidisciplinaire, snelgroeiende of dynamische omgeving en bij voorkeur ook in een organisatie met een professioneel HR
- Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring en ervaring met het opbouwen van een team ook met teamleden op afstand
- Financieel en bedrijfskundig goed onderlegd, je bent ‘business-savvy’
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent 36 tot 40 uur beschikbaar
Your profile:
- BA/MA level, with relevant studies
- Minimum of 8 years' work experience in relevant business-oriented HR roles and with professionalising HR
- Experience in a multidisciplinary, fast-growing or dynamic environment and preferably also in an organisation with professional HR
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and experience building a team also with remote team members
- Financially and business-savvy
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- You are available 36 to 40 hours
